Qingdao West Coast Innovative Technology Park is part of the new town development centered around the Qingdao West High Speed Rail Station. It consists of 110,000 square meters of office space and a visitor center of 5,000 square meters. It includes a science center by Sinochem Group, an exhibition hall featuring the master plan of the new town development, conference rooms, dining facilities and a coffee bar. It seeks to extend and translate the coastal landscape into architectural forms and spaces, providing a platform that is the living room of an engine for future innovations.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning architecture. Qingdao West-Coast Technology Park exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in architecture, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition. The immediate positive response from industry experts and media alike confirmed what we already knew: truly exceptional design has an innate ability to captivate and inspire.
