The project is based on 3 main axes; Wellness Living, Sustainability and Flexible Living. It aims to propose a new housing concept for the real estate market. A housing concept that offers wellness and sustainable features that benefit health and the environment, with a low density and low land occupancy percentage while maintaining a competitive and affordable price. It also offers Flexible Living because it is designed as an open-plan building that can be configured in multiple options and satisfy different needs.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning architecture. Living The Noom exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in architecture, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition. The immediate positive response from industry experts and media alike confirmed what we already knew: truly exceptional design has an innate ability to captivate and inspire.
