Matsunaga Kiln was located in Fukushima, Japan, producing the designated traditional crafts with more than 300 years of history. One proprietary feature of Obori Soma Ware is its double-layered structure, which enables this daily-use ceramics to hold boiling water and prevents it from cooling down. Designers wanted to incorporate and express this feature in our architecture. Designers believe that the different scales of architecture and ceramics, in the same composition, influence each other.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning interior. Obori Soma Ware Matsunaga Kiln exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in interior, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition. The immediate positive response from industry experts and media alike confirmed what we already knew: truly exceptional design has an innate ability to captivate and inspire.
