In the eastern suburb memory in chengdu, china, Mdo has transformed an old state-run hongguang electronic tube factory into a vivid "vanke city growth hall". The original building founded in 1958, held the Hongguang electronic tube factory, which produced once oscilloscopes and kinescopes for the military. As a continuity of the past, the oscilloscope became the design's starting point, and the "burst of energy" was extracted as the element throughout the project. This "explosion of energy" was seen as the spatial concept of the "big bang of knowledge".

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning interior. Vanke City Growth Hall exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in interior, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition. The immediate positive response from industry experts and media alike confirmed what we already knew: truly exceptional design has an innate ability to captivate and inspire.
