Bella is a mobile banking application based on a conversational interface. Banking services are delivered through text chat and voice commands instead of menus and buttons. Customers can check account balances, make payments, save, invest, donate and request financial advice by typing or speaking a simple instruction. The application confirms each request before carrying it out, and a virtual assistant supports related lifestyle actions. The design aims to make banking more natural, accessible and convenient for everyday use.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning mobile. AI Conversational Banking exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in mobile, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention.
