The building is a mid rise, 12 story office building located near the harbor in Tokyo, Japan. The white lattice like exterior frame is an outer shell made of precast concrete serving as structural frame as well as sun shading device. Combined with the steel construction of the core this hybrid structure creates a column free office space. In addition, the exterior windows have natural ventilation window units that can be opened and closed manually. The fusion of design, structure, and equipment enhances high buildability and sustainability and has improved the added value of the building.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning architecture. Oak Konan Shinagawa exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in architecture, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition.
