Providing a physical office for many of the staff of an investment firm that has a flexible hybrid work arrangement for its staff. It provides an office home base in Shanghai but also a suitable meeting space for the various investors, and VIPs. Programmatically, it is divided into two sides by the lobby, a workstation side and a meeting side. The office side is dominated by four long tables recalling library reading tables and personal lockers. Private desks are hidden behind wood partitions. A modern and minimal approach keeps the material palette to concrete, travertine, and blond oak.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning interior. Shanghai Bohua Tower 55F exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in interior, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition.
