A serene retreat nestled in nature's embrace, this single story four bed house in northern Kerala, near Wayanad, is a harmonious blend of simplicity and uniqueness. Designed to respect its surroundings, the dark textured building features asymmetric c shapes mirroring a central tree. An open courtyard and wide sit out seamlessly integrate indoors with outdoors, while a minimalist interior showcases thoughtful furniture design. Rubble masonry and glass windows with wooden frames create a rustic yet modern aesthetic, echoing the tranquility of its natural setting.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning architecture. CC House exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in architecture, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition. The immediate positive response from industry experts and media alike confirmed what we already knew: truly exceptional design has an innate ability to captivate and inspire.
