This building stands on a sloping site, the second floor is the public zone, including the entrance, living room, dining room, and kitchen, while the first floor is the private zone, including the couple's bedroom and children's room. As mentioned above, the entrance is on the second floor, and because the building is on a slope, the facade looks like a one-story house. The exterior is finished with black natural slate stone and marble-like tiles on the exterior walls and fences, and accented with wooden latticework and white paint to create a stately yet moderately soft atmosphere.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning architecture. Majestic exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in architecture, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition. The immediate positive response from industry experts and media alike confirmed what we already knew: truly exceptional design has an innate ability to captivate and inspire.
