Cameras and sensors measure body size, gait, weight, heart rate, and BMI. The AI coach analyzes data, conducts gait tests, and proposes custom courses. Users can create virtual running maps, earn credits, and enjoy social workouts. The arm and toolbox support strength exercises, with posture feedback. The app offers challenges, tips, and community features.
