This is a residence for seniors aged 65 and over in Japan, where the population is rapidly aging. Although it is located in the densely populated city center of Tokyo, there are few tall buildings in the surrounding area, so residents can enjoy views of the night view and distant mountains from the 125m high-rise building. As the elderly residents spend most of their lives on the premises, a living environment has been created in which they can experience greenery, water, light, and wind, and feel the changes of nature.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning architecture. Park Wellstate Nishiazabu exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in architecture, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition.
