The Zhi Lan Sustainable Hotel design transforms a former industrial facility into an eco-friendly destination where innovation meets nature. Retaining the steel frame's industrial charm, the project integrates lush greenery, scenic walkways, and a sewage purification system to create a self-sustaining ecosystem. Intelligent systems and water recycling optimize energy efficiency while reducing costs and environmental impact. This visionary project honors the factory’s legacy and redefines sustainable architecture by harmonizing human activity with nature.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning hospitality. Zhi Lan exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in hospitality, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition.
