Gaofu’s urban renewal project in Shanghai harmonizes historical preservation with modern design, nestled near cultural heritage areas and Yanzhong Greenland. The 150m supertall structure and mixed-use development integrate Shikumen-style elements (rounded corners, chamfered edges, and arched motifs) evoking classic Shanghai architecture while embracing sustainable urbanism. The layout prioritizes natural light and views: south/east facades maximize solar exposure and park vistas, while a north-elevated ground floor ensures safe access and streetfront cohesion.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning architecture. Gaofuli exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in architecture, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition. The immediate positive response from industry experts and media alike confirmed what we already knew: truly exceptional design has an innate ability to captivate and inspire.
