The architectural concept is a modern reinterpretation of the traditional brick building of the Grodno city center, avoiding stylization and a pseudo-historical approach. Despite its modernity, the building is subject to height and other restrictions, and it reacts contextually to the historical past and neighboring buildings. The silhouette of the building is carefully formed taking into account the preservation of the tree located within the boundaries of the site.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning architecture. Traeckaja 25 exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in architecture, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition.
