Nex One Park View is a landmark on Cidade Jardim Avenue in São Paulo, near Parque do Povo, Marginal Pinheiros, and Faria Lima. Its tower, composed of three volumes connected by an exoskeleton, integrates corporate, residential, and leisure spaces. Biophilic elements bring nature into the design. The building incorporates energy efficiency, sustainable strategies, and stormwater management, earning Leed Core and Shell v4.0 certification.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning architecture. Nex One Park View exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in architecture, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition.
