This project transforms a disused cement factory into a coffee space interwoven with an urban park, preserving the building's raw shell while introducing layers of light, texture, and greenery. The design abandons excessive remodeling in favor of a poetic rebirth an adaptive reuse approach that honors the passage of time. Through natural materials, modular zones, and open interaction with nature, the space offers a soft retreat from urban pressure, encouraging moments of solitude, connection, and pause within the margins of daily life.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning interior. Cad Coffee exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in interior, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition.
