This project challenges the closed off nursing home stereotype for the 100 year life era. It's an open platform fostering Abundant Bonds between residents and the local community. Intergenerational hubs like the Villa and Salon welcome the public. The design balances this openness with resident privacy via separate access routes. It combines safety, elegance, and sustainability, achieving ZEB Ready status.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning architecture. PW Senrichuo exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in architecture, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition.
