Blue Coast is a sales office interior in China, covering 2664 square meters. The design combines sales, club and future residential functions in one composite space. The theme Pearl on the Sea draws on the culture of Nansha and on motifs such as lighthouses, fishing nets and tides. Stone, metal, glass, satin and leather are combined with integrated lighting to increase transparency and light refraction. Layered circulation separates first visits, negotiations, fitness and private banquets. Modular planning allows conversion into club spaces after the sales phase.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning interior. Blue Coast exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in interior, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition. The immediate positive response from industry experts and media alike confirmed what we already knew: truly exceptional design has an innate ability to captivate and inspire.
