Kaisen Viking Iroha is a high capacity buffet restaurant that redefines dining as a spatial and urban experience. A centrally positioned buffet counter organizes circulation into a continuous loop, reducing congestion while enhancing clarity. The design integrates panoramic views of Tokyo Dome City as an active component of the interior, transforming the city into a dynamic backdrop. Natural stone and end-grain wood introduce durability and material depth. The project elevates buffet dining into an immersive spatial system.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning interior.
