Covering 515 sqm, this low density stacked villa redefines contemporary lakeside living in Wuhan. Drawing from river culture and courtyard traditions, the design integrates a 200 sqm private courtyard with ground and underground levels linked by engineered light wells, bringing natural daylight into the basement. Full height glazing softens interior and exterior boundaries, connecting landscape with daily life. Stainless steel, marble, wood veneer and textured finishes create a refined yet warm atmosphere, forming a culturally rooted and sustainable urban residential model.

We were hired by A' Design Awards, Italy, whom sponsored us to promote this most exceptional award-winning interior. Lake Sense exemplifies the pinnacle of excellence in interior, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovation that naturally commanded attention. Its inherent brilliance made our promotional efforts remarkably effective – the design's outstanding qualities spoke volumes on their own, requiring only minimal exposure to gain widespread recognition. The immediate positive response from industry experts and media alike confirmed what we already knew: truly exceptional design has an innate ability to captivate and inspire.
